Shipping Policy
The delivery time in The Netherlands is typically two business day after the order has left our warehouse. Rest assured that once your order has been dispatched, the shipping carrier is legally responsible for the package's safe and timely delivery.
Please be aware that we only ship orders on business days. However, orders made during the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Delivery
- The Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Inaccuracies in the address are at the expense and risk of the Customer.
- No rights can be derived from the delivery period stated on the The stated delivery time is an indication. If the delivery of the Product cannot be carried out within the stated delivery period, Bandega will notify the Customer without delay.
- In the event that a Product is no longer available, Bandega will immediately inform the Customer and offer a replacement Product. In this case, the Customer has the right to terminate the Agreement without cost.
- Bandega is not responsible for defects that arise after the delivery of the Products as a result of improper use or lack of care, or that are the result of changes that the Customer or a third party has made to the delivered Products.
Returns & refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.
We offer a 14-days return policy to be eligible for a return, goods must be, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns, please email customerservice@bandega.nl with the subject 'Returns' and include in the mail your order number, name and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Note: All original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric. Policy:Bandega reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy.
Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Experience team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

However, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.
Bandega is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
How do I know where my packag is?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. When your order has been processed and is ready to leave our Atelier, you will receive another email with shipping information.
Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. Please allow 2 to 3 business days from the time you place your order for its status to update.
